i want to relish the moments. be here now, rather than in the thoughts and mind. i want to be.
but i can’t seem to stop. like on autopilot. thoughts. things. no pausing. no reflecting. just keep going on and on.
how to pause? how to breathe? how to quiet the mind, and how to be? ~
