I do understand how and why they do and say what they say. But what I dont understand is why they would still be that way! And make a huge issue out of nothing. What do they get from blaming others? Why do they become so defensive when someone points out their mistake? I don’t understand why not just do your own work simply and go home? But they have this sense of entitlement, they are always right and if someone as much points their mistake, they explode.
Sadly, i have to work with such people every day.
